„I help people regain their mobility, so that every step leads to a better life.”
About me
I love helping people regain their mobility and reduce their pain. I enjoy working with people and working together with each patient — that cooperation is what helps us get back to everyday activity.
At each visit, finding the cause of the problem matters most to me. I often explain that rehabilitation is a process that needs careful planning — together we agree on a plan and on exercises for the time between visits. Right now I am most interested in scar therapy and postural problems. Outside the clinic: the mountains — and, as a fan, football and speedway.
What I help with most often
- Back pain and sciatica
- Neck pain
- Shoulder, elbow, wrist
- Scars after surgery
- Postural problems in children
- Massage and recovery
I most enjoy working with people whose muscles feel tired and overworked, with patients who have scars after surgery, and with children with postural problems (from the age of 5). I also use TECAR therapy and shockwave therapy. I do home visits, most often in Rydułtowy and Pszów. For pelvic floor (urogynaecological) physiotherapy I refer patients to another specialist.

Before your first visit
If possible, bring the results of any imaging tests. For scoliosis it is best if I can see an X-ray of the spine at the very first visit. And at the end I always remind patients: “Please remember your exercises.”
Myths I correct
- Pain does not always mean damage.
- Rehabilitation is not just massage — it also means assessment and exercise.
- When it hurts, it is usually better to choose safe movement than to avoid it completely.
